1 | Architectural and interior design
Offering architectural, design and specification services from design, planning, building regulation support and visualisation services, we can guide you through the process and decisions. Specifying materials, finishes and bespoke design solutions where necessary.
We have completed projects within specialist sectors such as healthcare, education, agriculture, office fit out and food preparation. Incorporating specialist contractor’s designs within the drawing packages, including electrical and mechanical details.
2 | CAD Services
We have delivered many projects that are CAD focused or desktop exercises. This can cover simple indicative building sketches, combining service drawings, applying asset tags to existing building plans, to complex 2D line drawings.
We can trace old hand drawn drawings or good quality scans, convert PDFs, draw up your ideas from simple sketches or red pen mark ups, take briefs and translate your ideas into solutions.
3 | Space planning
Effective space planning is essential to the design process and many projects. With a wealth of experience in space planning we can make sure you are using the space effectively.
At Ochre we can carry out space planning options for your project. From reworking flow, calculating the number of retail fixtures or the configuration of desks within a space, we can produce design options to optimise your internal space to meet your requirements and specification.
4 | Feasibility
If you are unsure on the potential of a project and require a cost-effective solution to understanding of the feasibility of your project before investing time and finances, we can carry out feasibility studies, creating practical options to meet your brief.
This means we can demonstrate potential solutions for projects, without the need to carry out full design proposals which may not harbour the results wanted.
5 | Archive / Record drawings
On completion of a project, it’s important to ensure accurate records are held. These can cover various services, and ensuring the accuracy of these enables a building owner / operator to be efficient in facilities management or responsive to future projects.
Furthermore, as time goes by buildings adapt and change to meet new requirements, and those drawings will require updating to reflect the changes made to maintain an effective building management process.

6 | Conveyancing plans
Drawings are often needed to assist land/building owners in completion of leasehold agreements and even land title changes. This could be for retail units, warehouses, offices, residential flats or land sales.
Leasehold plans can include a drawing of the unit as well as a land registry compliant plan. As part of this service, we can complete a measured building survey or check and update existing drawings. Internal floor area calculations can also be included.
We also offer land registry compliant plans for land title changes for the purchase / sale of land or the division of property.
